By purchasing items from our store, you agree to the following terms:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.
• Virtual items may take a few minutes to appear in-game.
• You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username when purchasing.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, duplicate items, or abuse payment systems may result in punishment without refund.
• Server rules still apply to all players, including purchasers.
• We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance items, kits, and perks at any time for server balance.
• If the server shuts down, purchases are not guaranteed to be refunded.
• Sharing or reselling purchased accounts/items is done at your own risk.
• By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
